Mr. Dennis Scott Adams, age 57, of Mayfield passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Baptist Health in Paducah, KY.
He was of the Baptist faith, a registered organ and tissue donor, an employee of Stella-Jones Inc., and a former member of the National Guard.
Mr. Adams is survived by his wife of 28 years, Patricia Hanna Adams; one son, Daylin Sean Adams of Mayfield, KY; two daughters, Alise (Kenny) Wallace of Pilot Oak, KY and Carissa (Bradley) Patterson of Wingo, KY; one brother, Robert Adams of Seymour, TN; three sisters, Kathy Marine of Sonoma,, CA, Sherry O’Steen of Clinton, KY and Shelia Smith of Mayfield, KY; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, James Robert Adams; his mother, Mary Kathrine Jones; his step-father, Jack Jones; and two daughters, Trish Ann Mathis and Becca Lynn Adams.
A memorial visitation for Mr. Dennis Scott Adams will be held from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 3, 2018 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY.
No other services are scheduled.
