Mrs. Amanda Louise Bogard, 37, of Seymour, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Schneck Medical Center. She was born in Franklin on December 18, 1980 to Doyle Morgan and Sara (Phelps) Deckard.

She was a case worker for Division of Family Services. She enjoyed yard selling, music, listening to Kid Rock and collecting purses. She loved working with kids. She enjoyed spending time with her children.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Bogard; children, Matthew Allen Edward Bogard, Isaiah Wayne Bogard and Craig Allen Embry; four half brothers, Jeremy Morgan, Joseph Morgan, Joshua Wayne Deckard, Charles Edward Deckard III; a sister in law, Alicia Bogard; Father Doyle Morgan. Mother Sara (Phelps) Deckard. A mother and father-in-law, Rhonda and Roy Bogard; and granny, Barb Noirot.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Homer and Hattie Morgan, Judy Miller and Wayne Phelps.
