Charles Martin Borror, Jr., age 71, of Upper Tract, WV, passed away on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at his residence. He was born on September 9, 1946, in Upper Tract, WV, the son of the late Charles Martin and Freda (Alt) Borror. Junior was married to Carolyn Calhoun Hammer, who preceded him in death, and Linda Reel Borror, who survives in Franklin.Mr. Borror was a 1965 graduate of Franklin High School and had worked at the Franklin Group Home and for Jeff Heavner Poultry. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with his family.Mr. Borror is survived by: a daughter, Stephanie Judy and husband Michael of Franklin; a son, DeWayne Borror and wife Vonda of Franklin; 2 sisters, Iris Stegmaier of Cumberland, MD, Patricia Hedrick of Santa Clara, CA; 4 grandchildren, Christina Branham (Nick), Amanda Simmons (Josh), Tristen and Connor Judy; and 5 great-grandchildren.
