Darlene Ann Phillips age 59 of Port Jervis, NY passed away May 28, 2018 at home. She was born on September 16, 1958 in Middletown, NY the daughter of the late Thomas T. and Evelyn Conklin Phillips. Darlene worked as a stock clerk for the Wal Mart Store in Westfall Township, PA. She is survived by her daughters Melissa McKane and her husband Chad of Port Jervis, Amanda DeGroat of Greentown, PA, her twin sister Marlene O’Hare and her husband Thomas O'Hare of Matamoras, PA, several siblings, her beloved grandchildren; Melissa, Chad, Jazmyn, Mya, and Kassidy, two great grandchildren; Jacobi and Ella and several nieces and nephews. Interment will take place 2 PM, June 1st at Rural Valley Cemetery, Cuddebackville, NY. Arrangements are by the Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 154 E. Main St., Port Jervis, NY.
