CONOVER Paul Franklin Bolick, 81, of Conover passed away Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, at Catawba Valley Medical Center. He was born May 4, 1934, in Catawba County to the late Clinton and Helen Cline Bolick. Paul was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Conover, a United States Army veteran, he enjoyed bowling, gardening and was an avid rock hound. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rex Cline Bolick; and sister, Jean Bolick Deal. A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 19, at 11:30 a.m., at Concordia Lutheran Church. The Rev. Paul Nelson will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday, Feb. 19, from 10 to 11:15 a.m., at Concordia Lutheran Church.
