Farmland – Well known sign painter of Muncie, Ronnie Wright, 69, died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at home after a ten month battle with cancer.
He was born December 7, 1948 in Jamestown, Tennessee.
He leaves behind his devoted wife of forty-one years and best friend for fifty years, Emma Wright; one son, Ben Wright (companion, Carrie); a nephew, David Crabtree; a niece, Holly Wright; mother, Mary Wright; a sister, Brenda Clark (husband, Wade); along with his beloved little dog, Tank.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clinton Wright; and a brother, Vaughn Wright.
Ronnie enjoyed motorcycles, camping, fishing, kayaking and back packing the Great Smokey Mountains area. He also loved driving his MR2 Spyder convertible. Ronnie loved flea markets and the people he met while selling from his booths. He always tried to help others in any way he could.
At Ronnie’s request, there will be no services. The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
