Peggy worked for and retired from C.D.S. Global in Des Moines. Peggy and Dave moved to New Mexico six years ago to get out of the Iowa winters. They fell in love with the Southwest, New Mexico and Rio Rancho. She left many friends behind in Iowa, but made many more in Rio Rancho. She loved everyone; knew no strangers and helped many along the way.
Peggy is survived by her husband David; daughter Debi Yavitz; granddaughters Payton (Jodie) Heck Hanson and Taylor Yavitz of Des Moines, Iowa. She is also survived by her daughter of her heart, Desiree Frost, husband Aaron and daughter Colette of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Her two sisters, Joni Mueller of Mitchellville, Iowa, Linda Francisco of Des Moines and sister of her heart Lois Gregoire of Marion, Iowa and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her mother, father and sister Janet Smith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who will be greatly missed.
No services are being planned, as per her wishes. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to an animal shelter or a hospice of your choice. Please visit our online guestbook for Peggy at www.FrenchFunerals.com
