Judy "Sissy" Watts, 37, of Harts, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.

She was born August 23, 1980 in Waco, TX, the daughter of Judy Nobles of Chapmanville and the late Gary Wolford.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mose & Eula “Tootie” Wolford and Tom & Patty Stollings.

Sissy loved spending time with her two daughters, three stepchildren and especially her granddaughter. She loved 4 wheeler riding and going on adventures. New experiences were something she would seek out.

In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Rodney Michael Watts; two daughters, Destiney Allyn Sheleise Fraley and Heather Leigh Skye Watts; three stepchildren, Adam Michael (Melissa) Watts, Madison Rebecca Paige (Tyler) Thompson, and Candice Casarah Watts; two sisters, Shannon “DeeDee” Nobles and Patricia “Frit” Phillips; three brothers, Gary “Bubby Joe” Wolford, Charles “E.T.” Nobles and Gary Wolford; one grandchild, Scarlett Watts; and her father and mother-in-law, Raymond & Essie Watts.

Services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, August 13, 2018 at Guyan Freewill Baptist Church at Little Harts with Eric “Tubby” Rakes officiating. Burial will follow at the Pack Cemetery at Little Harts.

Visitation will be on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 6 – 10 pm at at the church.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
