LASHMEET – Cheryl Leigh Taylor, 62, of Lashmeet, died Thursday, August 9, 2018. Born August 28, 1955 in Bluefield, she was the daughter of the late Glacie McComas and Jewel Dunavant McComas.

Cheryl was retired from Kroger in Princeton after 35 years of service. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her special friends and her dog, Lucy. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Donna Forgacs and Anita Harper.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 29 years, Spencer Taylor; one daughter, Tabitha Combs and her significant other, Kenny Franklin of Princeton; two sisters, Karen Truitt of Sevierville, TN and Gaylen Wilson and husband Tommy of Farnham, VA; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Larry Cecil officiating. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton.

The family will receive friends Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton. Online condolences may be shared with the family at www.bailey-kirk.com.
