Ethan Lee Adams, infant son of Heidi and Sean Adams of Jackson, died Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents; paternal grandparents, Roger and Connie Adams of Jackson; maternal grandparents, Jan and Paula Parker of Jackson and Calvin Ridings of Scopus, Mo.; paternal great-grandmother, Evelyn Dake of Jackson; maternal great-grandmothers, Viola Ridings of Patton, Mo., and Mary Ann Parker of Farmington, Mo.; two uncles, Darrin Helderman (Bobbie Sue) of Bowling Green, Ky., Alex Parker of Jackson; an aunt, Rebecca Parker of Jackson; cousins, Taylor Stephens and Alexis Helderman of Bowling Green; other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to service time Friday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gary Hoffstetter officiating. Interment will be in Christ Lutheran Cemetery at Gordonville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the U.S. Army National Guard 1140th Engineer Battalion Family Support Group, and will be accepted at the funeral home.
