Funeral Services will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, August 12, 2018 in the Delhomme Chapel of the Flowers for Mr. Richard Lee Adams, 64, who passed away on August 10, 2018 at his residence.
Pastor Randy Rodriguez and Pastor Haewon Lee will conduct the funeral services.
Burial will take place in Fountain Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Mr. Adams was a native of Wichita, KS and a resident of Lafayette. He was the son of the late Gerald Adams and the former Lorene Blancett. Mr. Adams proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for four years before being honorably discharged in 1978. He worked for P.H.I. (Petroleum Helicopters Inc.) for over 30 years. In October of 1976, he married the love of his life, Hyon Son Hwang Adams. Mr. Adams had a love of fishing and watching his beloved St. Louis Cardinals baseball team. He was a kind man and will be missed by many friends and family.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Hyon Son Adams; many friends and neighbors, too many to list.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Lorene Adams.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Bertrand on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 9:00AM until the time of service.

Pallbearers will be his close friends.

The family would like to thank Grace Hospice for the loving care and compassion shown to Mr. Adams.
