Obituary:
Harold Gene Baldwin, 84, of Muskogee, Oklahoma went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, June 1, 2014. He was born April 22, 1930 in Wainwright, Oklahoma to Floyd Raymond Baldwin and Grace Acord Baldwin. He attended Muskogee Public Schools and graduated from Central High School with the class of 1949. Harold married Patricia "Pat" Eller in 1950. They celebrated 25 years of marriage before she passed away in 1975. Harold and Pat had three children together, Sharon, Gene, and Gayle. Harold met and later married Jo Ann, who had two sons, Mark and Steve Caywood. They celebrated five children, eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and 38 years of marriage together.

Harold began his career at the age of 18 at Container Corporation and worked his way up to General Foreman from which he retired after 36 years of service where he made lifelong friends.

Harold loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Nothing meant more to him than spending time with his family. He was a true handyman and could fix anything in "20 minutes." He was known by his neighbors as "Harold the Mole Killer" because he would track down the moles in his yard to kill them with poison, shovels, screwdrivers, or even a gun!

Harold was a member of the First Baptist Church in Muskogee. He loved his church family and especially enjoyed visiting with Randy Holt, Tom Shelton, Rex Wilkinson, and Lance Sawyer. Harold was loved by many and will be truly missed.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 111 S 7th St, Muskogee, OK, 74401.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Grace Baldwin; wife, Patricia "Pat" Baldwin; and stepson, Steve Caywood.
