Helen enjoyed tending to her rose garden and going to various sales and auctions to add to her collection of antiques. She was a loving wife and mother who treasured the time spent with her family.
She is survived by one son, Tom Hensley and wife Connie of Kirksville; two grandchildren, Josh Hensley and wife Amanda of Kansas City and Jessica Hensley of Kirksville; and great-grandson, Hayes Thomas Hensley.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Kay Blessing.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, August 12, at Iberia Cemetery.
