They went to Mellette, Spink, SD in 1882 with son Wm Earl( born 5 Nov 1880, Ill), other children were Florence Lillian, died 1879 Ind in infancy, Jennie Welthia (born 20 Nov 1883 SD), Ruth Elizabeth(born 7 Nov 1885 SD), Agnes Opal(born 30 Sep 1888 SD), Vena Eliza(born 24 Apr 1891 SD), Nellie Blanche(born 22/23 Sept 1893 SD), and Margaret Elsie Stelle(born 6 Oct 1897 SD). Only three of the girls married the rest made their homes in Spink Co, SD. Jennie married Ernest O Smith(20 Jan 1907 Spink Co, SD); Ruth married Edward Lee Smith(14 Feb 1910 Spink Co, SD) and Nellie Blanche married Emery W Beebe(26 Jan 1921 Spink Co, SD). George Dunn Stelle died 3 May 1904 from pneumonis.
