Aubrey Jean Norman passed away August 9, 2018. She was born December 1, 1952, the second of four children born to Malcolm and Scottie Webb of Dumas, Arkansas.

She professed Christ and was baptized at an early age. Aubrey graduated from Reed High School and attended AM&N college before relocating to Michigan.

Aubrey retired from the Waterford School System as an Administrator/Manager of the Workforce Development Program. After retirement, Aubrey relocated again, this time to Atlanta to assist her daughter, Terriah in the operations of her Daycare Center, which she totally enjoyed. It was at the homegoing celebration of her mother that she would reunite with longtime friend and classmate, Wendell. They knew God was pulling them together, but Aubrey lived in Atlanta, Georgia and Wendell lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Each one said this will never work, but God said differently. They married shortly after and Aubrey moved again, this time to Tulsa. Delclaring that she would never move again, Wendell was promoted and was sent to Fort Smith, Arkansas where they united with the St. James Missionary Baptist Church where she worked in various capacities. She was Chairperson of the Deaconess Board, she and Wendell taught the Singles Ministry Class, attended Sunday School and Bible study regularly. Aubrey loved working wherever there was a need.

Aubrey was diagnosed with cancer in 2013 and after a five-year struggle, she chose to forgo any further treatment and asked God to let her be in the comfort of her home with her husband by her side.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Scottie Webb; and daughter, Terriah Woodard Smith.

Survivors: soul mate, Wendell Norman of Fort Smith, AR; son, Aaron Blue of Hot Springs, AR; grandson, Cameron Littrell (Anastasia) of Little Rock, AR; father, Malcolm Webb of Dumas, AR; sisters, Jackie Lee of Dumas, AR, Karen Holley (Walter) of Hot Springs, AR; brother, Lawrence Webb of Hot Springs, AR; and a host of other relatives and friends.
