He was preceded in death by his mother, Colleen Payne and Brother, Russell "Rusty" Payne.
Mark is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Payne; father, Ronald Payne; brothers, Michael (Dauna) and Ronald (Tracy) Payne; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mark enjoyed sports, music, being with family and friends, as well as sitting around bonfires and have Sunday cookouts.
Mark worked at Vic's Party Store and Polly's Country Market in Brooklyn.
