Victor served as a Staff Sergeant on B-17F (#42-30571) in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II.

He resided in Montchanin, New Castle County, Delware prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on August 21, 1942 in Camden, New Jersey. He was noted as being employed in construction and as being Single, without dependents.

Victor died in the "Line Of Duty" when his B-17 crashed during a training flight 20 Miles Northwest of Logan, New Mexico during the war.
