Mrs. Jennifer Nicole Brown Elkins, 46, of Scottsville, KY, died on March 10, 2017 at The Medical Center in Scottsville, KY.

Mrs. Elkins was the daughter of Tommy Harper and Donna Brown Kelsey and a native of Scottsville, KY. Mrs. Brown was an accountant for the Dollar General Corporation and a member of Wards Chapel CME Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Brown Kelsey.

She is survived by her husband, Chad Elkins of Bowling Green, KY; one daughter, Keanna S. Moore of Scottsville, KY; one son, Grant DaMontrae' Brown of Scottsville, KY; father, Tommy Harper (Shirley) of Hartsfield, TN; daddy, Richard Kelsey (Janet) of Scottsville, KY; sister, Tina Kelsey of Louisville, KY; paternal grandmother, Margaret McLain of Louisville, KY and an uncle, Michael Brown of Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, March 13, 2017 at Wards Chapel AME Church with Rev. Cameron Hendley officiating.

Visitation will be held from 2 - 8 pm on Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Wards Chapel AME Church.
