Jo Allen Myers, 74, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center.

She was born June 9, 1944 in Niles, Michigan to Zephyre and Eileen Gephart Martin.

She and Nicholas Myers Sr. were married October 28, 1962 at Kankakee, Illinois. He preceded her in death on January 24, 1995.

She was a member of Bethel Assembly Of God Church in Cape Girardeau

Her number one priority was taking care of her family. She loved being hostess at Burger King in Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two daughters, Nancy Myers and Joyce Jean Myers; three sisters, Rosalie Kimberlin, Sandy Eddings and Lorraine Brown; and one brother, Durward Martin.

Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with the Pastor Phil Roop officiating.

Burial will be at Lindsey Cemetery in McClure, Illinois.

Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
