Larry Woodrow Burgess was the son of the late Woodrow Wilson Burgess and Bertha McCall. He was predeceased by his wife Elma Jean Burgess (nee Bledsoe)(1949-2016), and a twin brother Harry Wilson Burgess (1942-2015) and a sister Brenda Joan Coker (nee Burgess) (1944-1995).
Larry is survived by 3 children. Two sons, Larry Woodrow Burgess JR and Raymond Alton Burgess, by his first wife, Lillian Beheler. A daughter, Jennifer Renee Hines (nee Burgess) by his wife Elma Jean Burgess (nee Bledsoe).
Mr. Burgess was an active member of New Hope Baptist Church in Union, SC.
