Mr. Lewis was retired after working as a machinist at ITT Blackburn in Overland for 30 years. He served in the Army in World War !!.
The funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday at Baue Funeral Home, 620 Jefferson Street, St. Charles, with burial at Annapolis Cemetery in Annapolis, Mo.
Among survivors are a son, Thavius Lewis of St. Charles; two sisters, Jesslyn Lewis of Annapolis and Erma Mann of Ironton; two brothers, Olan Lewis of Ironton and Otis Lewis of Overland; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
