Patsy Foster, 76, of Texarkana, TX passed away August 6, 2018 in a local hospital. Mrs. Foster was born December 29, 1941 in Texarkana, AR.
She is survived by her husband, Ed Foster of Texarkana, TX. They would have been married 61 years in October. Also survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Nela Foster of Ft. Worth, TX and Chris Foster and Su'don Nelson of Ft. Worth, TX; 5 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, August 9, 2018 at East Memorial Chapel - Moores Lane with Rev. John Webb officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Gardens.
