Mr. Billy Carson Lowe, 88, of Chesapeake, died Friday, August 3, 2018 at Hillcrest Health Center, Danville.
He was a coal miner for 38 years. He last worked at Imperial Colliery Coal Company, Eskdale and was a lifelong member of the UMWA. He was also an Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Alma Ball; stepfather, Albert Ball; brothers, Richard ball and George Ball.
He was the husband of Louella Lowe for 67 years.
