Karen Faye Jensen, 57, of Blackfoot, Idaho passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at Gem Village in Blackfoot.
Karen was born December 10, 1960 in Blackfoot, Idaho to E. Bud Jensen and Janice Merkley Jensen.
Karen was a lifetime resident of Blackfoot. She graduated from Blackfoot High School in 1979.
Karen worked at the Laborer’s Union for 25 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member of the Eastern Idaho Stock Dog Association and enjoyed getting together with other dog owners and working their dogs.
Karen enjoyed her dogs and sheep. She loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. She especially loved spending time with her nephew and nieces.
Karen is survived by her father, E. Bud Jensen of Blackfoot; siblings, Kenny (Denise) Jensen of Blackfoot and Vicki (Doug) Hendricks of Moore; and significant other, Larry Godsey.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Janice Jensen.
