Rick D. Baker, 63, passed away, Saturday, November 18, 2017.

Rick the son of Allan and Bettye (Norris) Baker, was born in Little Rock, AR, on July 16, 1954.

Rick graduated from Ash Grove High School in 1972. He retired from the BNSF Railroad in 2014, after working there for over 38 years. Rick loved being on his Harley and the many road cruises he traveled. He enjoyed camping, fishing, cooking and eating BBQ; he also enjoyed going to the Roaring River and vacationing in Florida. Rick will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Rick is survived by his father, Allan Baker of Willard; children, Amber Baker-Lutz of Springfield, Kimberly Tucker and husband Phillip of Ozark, Rick Baker and wife Nicole of Willard; 9 grandchildren, Taegen, Alyssa, and Marric Lutz, Angelica Brooker and husband Justin, Aspen Ball and husband Anthony, Deanna Means, Natalie Tucker, Danielle and Dillon Baker; 2 great grandchildren Mackenzie Brooker and August Ball; 2 brothers, Kerry Baker and Daryl Baker both of Willard; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends in the Great Bois D’Arc Metro.

Rick was preceded in death by his mother, Bettye Baker.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO. Graveside services will be Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 2:00PM at Clear Creek Cemetery, Willard, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Toys for Tots in Rick’s name and may be left at the funeral home.

The family would appreciate casual dress for visitation and service.
