GARY "MIKE" LUCAS, 60, of Barboursville, passed away August 3, 2018, at Logan Regional Medical Center.
He was born in West Hamlin, W.Va., on November 14, 1957, son of the late Donald "Tiny" Lucas and Mae Frye Lucas Adkins.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Conrad "Jody" Lucas.
He attended Marshall University, was an entrepreneur, a former pastor, a successful businessman, and he loved his family dearly.
He is survived by son, Gary Lucas (Lisa) of Fort Worth, Texas; daughter, Andrea Lucas Criss (Jeremy) of Huntington; brothers, Ron Lucas of Ranger, W.Va., and Donald Lucas of Princeton, W.Va.; sisters, Donna Lucas Miller of Branchland, W.Va., Brenda Lucas Baker of Ranger, W.Va., Phyllis Lucas Kirk of Ferrellsburg, W.Va., and Tawyana Lucas Fleming of Berkeley Springs, W.Va.
Service will be 11 a.m. Monday, August 6, at McGhee Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, W.Va., with Joey Ferguson officiating. Burial will follow in Frye Cemetery, Ranger, W.Va.
