Ezekiel Turner's great-grandfather was Elder William Brewster of Nottinghamshire, England. In 1620 Brewster and his wife, Mary ?, boarded the Mayflower for Plymouth, Ma. They both managed to survive that terrible first winter, and both attended what we now call the first Thanksgiving.
