Our dear beloved mother and grandmother, Margaret Ann Barry, passed away on July 26, 2018. She was born in Chicago, Illinois to T. Donald and Bernice Marshall. She attended Illinois College and then began her career as a teacher and later became a Travel Agent after moving to Scottsdale in 1983. She had a great passion for music, arts, traveling and also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was also very involved in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by both her parents and husband, Thomas Barry, who passed away December 5, 2012. Margaret took great pride in her family and is survived by her daughters Kathleen Beaver (Jack) and Jessica Barry and many close friends. She also leaves behind two grandchildren Courtney and Christopher. A memorial service will be held on August 5th at 3pm at Messinger Mortuary, 7601 East Indian School Road, Scottsdale AZ 85251. Interment will be private at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona where she will rest in peace beside her beloved husband. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
