Sue Ann Stephens, 85, of Little Rock passed into her eternal home on August 3, 2018.

She was born in Little Rock, AR on May 5, 1933 to Lowell and Pauline Jordan.

She was raised by her maternal grandparents, Fred and Bella Lucas. She attended Forest Park Grammar School, Pulaski Heights Junior High and Little Rock High School (class of 1951). She was a 1951 Rose Festival Princess when Little Rock Young Business Men’s Association sponsored the Little Rock Rose Festival celebration over several years from 1949 – 1955. At that time, Little Rock was called the City of Roses. She attended Arkansas State Teacher’s College (now UCA) in Conway, Little Rock Junior College and Little Rock University.

Mrs. Stephens was a longtime member of the National State and Little Rock Board of Realtors Associations. She and her husband owned and operated Executive Realty, Inc. in Little Rock since 1975. Sue Ann was a member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene in Little Rock.

She is survived by her son, Daniel J. Beavers of Siloam Springs, AR; step-children, Jeff Stephens and Pam Tschiemer both of Little Rock, AR. She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard G. Stephens, her parents and maternal grandparents and daughter-in-law, Nancy Ann Barclay Beavers.

Memorials may be made to Pulaski County Humane Society, 14600 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, AR 72210.

Funeral services will be 10:30a.m. August 9th at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct, Little Rock, AR 72205 burial will follow in Martinville Cemetery, Damascus, Arkansas.
