Don proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII stationed in Japan from Sept 16 1946 until Feb 9 1948. Don was awarded the WWII Victory Medal and the Army of Occupation Medal/Japan as noted on his Honorable discharge papers. Don was a St. Charles Borromeo parishioner in Cinnaminson NJ for 50 years. He was employed as a Systems Engineer and Computer Scientist at RCA Moorestown NJ , Computer Science Corporation in Moorestown NJ as well Aydin Corp in Horsham Pa working on Military and Commercial Defense projects worldwide.
Don enjoyed family and extended family gatherings, milestone celebrations for his children and Grand Children as well as his back yard and Pool. A gathering of family and friends will be held at Givnish Funeral Home Thursday evening Aug 9th 2018 for a Viewing from 7-9 p.m and Friday morning Aug 10th from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. at Givnish Funeral Home located in Cinnaminson NJ 1200 Route 130 North. His Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church 2500 Branch Pike at Pomona Rd Cinnaminson. Interment will take place at NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Charles Borromeo Church Rectory 2226 Riverton, Rd. Cinnaminson, NJ 08077.
