Beverly J. Mace-May

Beverly J. Mace-May, age 84, of Council Bluffs, passed away August 2, 2018.

She was born in Albert Lea, Minn., on June 1, 1934, to the late Russell and Harriet (Clausen) Thompson. Beverly was a career nurse, retiring from Jennie Edmundson and was a member of Salem United Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Herbert Mace Jr. and Ralph May.

Beverly is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Eric and Haley Mace; daughter, Holly Mace (Shane Ratliff); grandchildren, Bailee, Luke and Blake Mace; brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Sylvia Thompson, John and Linda Thompson; step-sons, Aaron May and Nate May; a host of other family and friends.

Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m., Monday, at the Hoy-Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral service is 10 a.m., Tuesday, also at the funeral home. Interment is in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will direct memorials.
