Richard Jeffrey Sutherland, fondly known as “Jeff” passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2018 in Hugo at the age of 49.
Richard Jeffrey Sutherland was born June 11, 1969, in Longview, TX to Richard Earl Sutherland, and Judith Loy (Belew) Holley.
Jeff worked as a welder and lived in this area most of his life and enjoyed fishing, hunting, collecting arrowheads, being outdoors and social media. Jeff liked to take pictures of scenery and sunsets. He had a special connection with his friends and enjoyed being with them.
Jeff was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents
Jeff is survived by his father, Richard Sutherland and wife, Wanda of Hugo, OK; his mother, Judy Holley and husband, Carlos of Henderson, TX; brothers, Brad Holley and wife, Andrea of Durant, OK. and Michael Neece of Durant, OK; sister, Denise Sutherland of Henderson, TX and nephews, Seth Ellis and family of Missouri City, TX and Eric Bryan and family of Canton, TX; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and their families and lots of friends.
