Kenneth L. Aldrich, 83, Lehighton, Pa., formerly of New Milford, Pa., passed away April 23, 2007 at St. Luke's Miner's Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, Pa. He is survived by two daughters, Geneva and John Wickizer and Brenda and David Gulick, all of Tamaqua, Pa.; two sons, Kenneth B. and Johanna Aldrich, Elsmere, Ky., and Marvin and Sally Aldrich, Goodsprings, Tenn.; one sister, Dorothy Abbott, Hallstead, Pa.; one brother, Charles R. Aldrich, Johnson City, N.Y.; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Lula Chase; four brothers, Norman, Sidney, Frank "Pat", and Ira "Bart" Aldrich; two grandsons, Sean Kenneth Aldrich and Eric Lee Gulick. A veteran of World War II, Kenneth served in the United States Army in the European Theatre. He retired from meat processing.
A funeral service will be held at Tuttle-Yeisley Funeral Home, 5 Susquehanna Avenue, Hallstead, Pa., Saturday, April 28, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Alex Vosburgh officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Hallstead, Pa. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
