Danny Thomas “Danko” Ford age 60, left this world to be with the Lord in Heaven on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Ball Hospital in Muncie, Indiana after an extended illness.He was born November 7, 1957 in New Castle, Indiana a son of the late Joseph and Virgie Williams Ford. He was a life long resident of New Castle, and was a graduate of New Castle Chrysler High School.He also received certification for advanced training in welding and small engine repair and automobile mechanics.He loved family activities and sharing lots of time with his family friends, cooking out and playing card. His early years were spent training, grooming and handling dogs. He enjoyed horseback riding, drawing and painting still life portraits. He was very prone to voicing his views and also his bias opinions on philosophy for hours.Left to cherish his loving memory include: one daughter, Maria Ford Lore and her companion, Keith Steele; and her mother Kim Shelby; two sons: Danny Tyler Ford and Joseph Charles Ford and their mother and Danko’s lifelong companion Jerri Morgan; two step-children, Jeremy Moran and Janeta Moran and her companion, Roger Godby; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.The family wishes to acknowledge Danko’s very special uncle and aunt Thomas and Peggy Ford for all of their loving support-“Thank You So Much”He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Tamera Sue Ford and six brothers, Darrel, Rick and wife, Mary, Randy and wife Irene, Greg, Bruce, and Rodney Ford. Also close friends and other loved ones.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 6, 2018 at Macer-Hall Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Pastor Jerry Bowlin. Burial will follow in South Mound Cemetery.Family and friends may call from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday August 6, 2018 at the American Legion Fellowship Hall on New York Ave., New Castle, Indiana.
