Betty Jean (Moses) Gray, born on December 4, 1932 in Springfield, Missouri, passed away at age 86 in Dewey, Oklahoma on July 31, 2018. Betty made Bartlesville, Oklahoma her home for 65 years. For many of those years she worked as a pharmacy technician at K-Mart. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Frank Wesley Gray. She was preceded in death by her sons, Randy Lee Gray, Charles (Chuck) Wesley Gray, Gary Scott Gray, and grandson, Ryan Andre Gray. Betty is survived by her sister, Juanita O'Neill, niece, Julia Dodd, daughter-in-law, Alana Lynn Gray, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Betty will be remembered most for her quick wit and sense of humor. Her family and friends always enjoyed her fun-loving nature and spirit of adventure. When Betty and Frank took weekend trips they would often flip a coin to decide which direction to turn. Betty was an avid gardener and would say she could hardly wait til the sun came up to work in her garden. Her backyard was full of flowers and she kept a running tally of the number of cherry tomatoes she grew each year. A neighbor even named a hybrid Iris, Gray's Beauty, as a tribute to her gardening talents. Betty kept her creativity and humor throughout her life. When she could no longer garden, Betty spent her time creating beautiful colored pencil pictures and solving word search puzzles. In true fashion, one day she decided to decorate the tops of her canvas sneakers because she got tried of looking down at a blank canvas. Betty's family misses her, but joyfully treasures her memory in their hearts.
