Funeral services for Mr. James Odell Cash, age 77, will be held on Monday, May 16, 2011 in the chapel of Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Burial following in Salem Cemetery near Gadsden.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. in the chapel of Shelton-Hunt Funeral Home.
Mr. Cash retired with 26 years of active military service in the Army and Air Force National Guard, a Humboldt Firefighter of 18 years and owner of Eastside Grocery, enjoyed woodworking and riding motorcycles, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2011 following a long illness.
Mr. Cash is preceded in death by his parents, J.J. "Red" and Ruby Cash; infant son, Mark Christopher Cash.
