Following a short illness. Clarence E. Anderson, 40. of 838 Mt Vernon street passed away this morning at Mercy hospital at 6:45 o clock. He was a lifelong Oshkosh resident- Mr. Anderson was born here May 14, 1908 and was a former member of Oshkosh aerie of Eagles and the 127th infantry band. He was employed for 23 years by the Sunlite Dairy of Oshkosh Inc.

Survivors include his wife, Blanche; two sons, James and Robert: his parents, Mr., and Mrs. Albert Anderson: four brothers. Lester, Reuben, Harold: and' Arnold, and two sisters, Miss Elona Anderson, all of Oshkosh, and Mrs. Marion Anderson, Lac Du Flambeau, Wis.

The funeral will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Fiss & Bills funeral home. Interment will take place in 'Lakevlew Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from Wednesday evening until the hour of the service.
