Alliance, Ohio ---- Emery R. Roose, 66, of 721 Wright Ave., died today in his home following an illness of one week. A native of Maximo, he came here in 1922. He was employed as an inspector at the Transue & Williams Steel Forging Co. for the last 18 years and was a member of the First Methodist Church.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs Nettie Roose; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Hamlin of the Lexington Rd; one son, Elvin H. of Alliance; two grandchildren, and two sisters, Mrs. Alice Lozier of Alliance and Mrs. Minnie Redman of Peoria, Illinois. Services will be Sunday at 2:30 p. m. in the Cassaday & Turkle Funeral Home with Rev. Edwin R. Romig and Rev. W. W. Moody in charge. Burial will be in the Alliance City Cemetery.
