Ernest is survived by his wife Pearl; daughter Karen Blanchard Powers of South Rumford, ME; daughter Susan Clough of Hebron, ME; son Duane Phillips of Lafayette, CA; son Bruce Phillips of Apex, NC; his seven grandchildren; and six gr-grandchildren; his brother Gordon of South Rumford, ME; sister Lois Binette of Peru, ME.
