E. Patricia Phillips died July 29, 2018. She was born in Lancaster, South Carolina on October 9, 1925 to Juanita Hough Williams & Paul Williams. She graduated from Lancaster, South Carolina in 1942. She attended Winthrop College in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She married Lt. John T. Phillips on December 6, 1944. Col. Phillips died on November 2, 2003, after 59 years of marriage. She lived in Garden Ridge, Texas for 44 years.

She is survived by her two sons, Lt. Col (Ret.) Terry Hough Phillips & wife Jan, and Maj. (Ret.) John Michael Phillips & wife Carol. Also three grandchildren, Stephanie Phillips Williams & husband Paul, Elizabeth Phillips and John Samuel Phillips. She is also survived by sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Catherine Hudson, Jean Hunter, Joanne Hunter & husband Buddy, Elsie Phillips & daughter Leah, and Yvonne Bragg & husband Clint.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM on Monday, August 6, 2018 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, where she will be placed with her husband.
