Nina Elizabeth “Liz” Davis was born on September 22, 1957 in Orange, Texas to the late Elvis and Lena Davis.
Liz grew up in Beaumont, Texas, the oldest of three children. After graduating from high school, Liz attended Lamar University and later graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University.
She met and married Mel Cole in 1980, and the couple raised three sons at their East Texas country home, Satroma Ranch.
Liz moved to North Texas in 2014 to better fulfil her role as “Mizzy” to her grandchildren in the Fort Worth area.
