Porum - Funeral services for Lucy E. Cole, 76, will be held Monday at 2 p.m. in First Baptist Church here with Reverend Howard Ashwood and Reverend John Ashwood officiating.

Mallory Funeral Home of Stigler will direct burial in Fields Cemetery.

Born February 8, 1896, in Washington County, Arkansas, Mrs. Cole died Saturday night in Muskogee General Hospital after a long illness. She was a member of the Porum First Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, J. A. of Webbers Falls, Arles of Tulsa, and A. E. of Leadville, Colorado; three daughters, Nadine Stephens of Webbers Falls, Alura Galbraith of Tahlequah, and Mrs. Jo Ann Pryor of Alamogordo, New Mexico; three brothers, Jesse Nickell of Porum, Roy Nickell of LaHarba, California, and Leon Nickell of Seattle, Washington; five sisters, Mrs. Oma Webb of Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. Urbanie Kincaid of Tulsa, Mrs. Rosilla Browning of Poteau, Mrs. Iva Maxey of Porum and Mrs. Beulah Jones of Porum; 30 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
