Michael was 19 when he dove into Mobile Bay in Alabama,while working on a tugboat there, breaking his neck and leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. His family lovingly cared for him for the rest of his days at home. He was predeceased by his Mother, Carolyn (Hall)Harvill. Left to mourn are his Stepfather, Phillip Owain Harvill of Biloxi, MS, brother Craig Clyburn of Biloxi, MS, Phillip O. Harvill of Ocean Springs, MS and stepbrother Larry Harvill of Manchester, NH. He will be sorely missed by his dog, "High Caliber Bullet".
