Charles S. Bond, 62, passed away in his Pearl Street home in Marion on April 6, 1927. Owner of Bond's Grocery Store on West Ceneter Street in Marion, he was married to the former Della Houser on Oct. 10, 1888 in Lowell, Ohio. He was a member of the Canby Lodge #51 Pythians.
Preceded in death by son, Samuel Lester Bond in 1926; he is survived by his widow; sons, Harold Foster, Marion Gale, Russell and Gerald L. Bond; daughters, Eunice Bond and Mrsl Gladys Lashey.
Burial in Marion Cemetery following K of P service.
