DANVERS: Dorothy A. Chadwick passed away on July 25, at Emeritus of Cherry Hill located in Danvers.
A longtime resident of West Boxford; who with her husband, John T. Chadwick III, established a family farm located in West Boxford in the early 1940s and grew a family of four children. Following his death, Dorothy remained in West Boxford and established a well-known Real Estate Agency where she practiced for over 30 years until her retirement in the early 1990s. She loved her home, family and garden.
She will be greatly missed by her four surviving children, John T. Chadwick IV and his wife, Margaret of Somerset, N.J., Sandra C. Pinkham of West Boxford, Andrew C. Chadwick and his wife, Jeannine of South Berwick, Maine and Gail C. Newcomb and her husband, Peter J. of Topsfield, Mass. She is survived by many grand and great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces and her sister, Marion Colby, past resident of West Boxford.
