HAROLD J. SCHROYER SR., 58, of Rt. 6, Hagerstown, died Thursday at the Washington County Hospital. Born in Myersville, he was the son of Lloyd S. and T. Viola Irving Schroyer.
He was a member of the Protestant faith. He was also a member of the North American Rod and Fun Club and the Hagerstown Redmen 197.
He is survived by one son, Jarold J. Schroyer Jr., Smithsburg; two step-daughters, Nancy Wiles and Connie Howlett, both of Hagerstown; sister, Mary Jenkins, Hagerstown; brother, Kenneth E. Schroyer, Williamsport; two grandchildren and one step-granddaughter.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home. Burial in the Myersville United Methodist Cemetery.
