Larry R. Hodges of Stigler, Oklahoma was born May 7, 1946 in Stigler, Oklahoma to Floyd William and Dona Marie (Wilson) Hodges. He passed away July 30, 2018 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 72.

Larry is survived by His Wife, Mary Elizabeth (Parnell) Hodges of the home; Two Daughters: Stephanie Quick of Stigler, Oklahoma and Kristy Miller and husband, J.B., of Stigler, Oklahoma; One Son, Justin Hodges and wife, Lisa, of Stigler, Oklahoma; One Brother, Gary Hodges and wife, Linda, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Two Sisters: Sharon Greenmyer and husband, Ricky, of Stigler, Oklahoma and Sandra Green and husband, Johnny, of Burleson, Texas; Grandchildren: Shayne and Sadie Quick both of Stigler, Oklahoma, Brooke and Sam Hodges both of Stigler, Oklahoma, Dylan Hodges, Kinsey and Kasey Miller all of Stigler, Oklahoma; Mother-in-law, Sadie Parnell of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; Brother-in-law, Butch Parnell and wife, Connie, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, a special Aunt, Betha Hodges of Okemah, Oklahoma, best friend and business partner, Jimmy Hale and wife Bobbi of Muskogee, Oklahoma, many cousins, nieces, nephews, business associates and friends.

Larry is preceded in death by his mother, Dona Marie (Wilson) Hodges and father, Floyd William Hodges, father-in-law, Sam B. Parnell, and sister-in-law, Carole Sue Jones.

Larry was a pipefitter and passionate business man. He was a partner of HMH Industrial Systems & Industrial Management Consultants, ICM. He and his wife Mary also operated a successful cattle ranch known as Rockin’ H Ranch, where they also built a business enterprise of raising foundation quarter horses. He was a lifelong, devout member of the Stigler Church of Christ.

Funeral Service was August 3, 2018 at Stigler Church of Christ with Virgil Cantrell officiating and Remington Afre providing the eulogy. Burial followed at Antioch Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home & Crematory of Stigler.

Pallbearers will be Cody Gray, Chris Haney, Dustin Hale, Michael Hale, Kevin Kelly and Blake Powell.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John H. Dickson, Johnny Green, Ricky Greenmyer, Jimmy Hale, Dennis Hodges, Ralph Kelly, John Labor, Mike McAdoo, John Turrentine and Mike Vail.
