He attended Hardwood and Olney Schools in Coal County. Wayne was a farmer and rancher. Wayne proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Wayne was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
Wayne is survived by his nephews, Kenneth Ray and wife MaryAnn, of the Wilson Community, OK, Lonnie Ray of Tushka, OK; nieces, Judy Harris of Houston, TX, Norma Jean Swain of Houston, TX, Leota Shan of Houston, TX, Rosemary Smith and husband Robert of Noble, OK, Patricia Waller and husband Billy of Bowie, TX, Tammy Perazzo of Caddo, OK. He is also survived by numerous great and great great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many dear and loved friends.
