Elmer W. Loreman, 91, of Kaboodle Road, Danville, passed away surrounded by family, Sunday, April 8, 2018, at his residence. Born in Bloomsburg, Dec. 20, 1926, he was the son of the late George and Alice Kline Loreman.
He attended Bloomsburg High School, and was employed as a valve machinist for the former TRW Company, Danville, until his retirement.
Elmer was a member of the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, Shamokin, and the Bloomsburg Fire Department.
Preceding him in death were brothers: Robert, Harold and George, and sisters: Esther Deitz, Mary Ebner and Elizabeth Berlin.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Jean Fox Loreman; four sons: Ken Loreman and his wife, Linda, Danville; Terry Loreman and his wife, Lorraine, Bloomsburg; Ron Loreman and his wife, Denise, Northumberland; Dan Loreman and his wife, Marie, Bloomsburg; and grandsons: Peter and Craig Loreman.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial funeral service Saturday, April 14, at 2 p.m., in the Shamokin Kingdom Hall, 113 Romanoski Lane, Paxinos, PA, 17860. Officiating will be Elder Lesse Lebo.
