She was born March 5, 1949, in Buncombe County to the late Aldon and Juanita Spivey.
Beverly enjoyed gardening, and she was a member of Cedar Mountain Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gary Henry; sister, Mary Fender; and brother, Bill Spivey.
Beverly is survived by her daughter, Karen Lauffer (Eric); son, Anthony Pack (Cherelle); grandchildren, Lauren Moore, Hunter Moore, and Tyler Walker; great grandchildren, Rush Warren, Holden Moore, Jace Walker, Alexandra Walker, and Cole Walker; sister, Eunice Summey; brother, Arnold Spivey; niece, Carrie Shuler; and nephew, Nolan Hunter.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:30am at Harwood Home for Funerals with Rev. Luther Spivey and Rev. Jimmy Page officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
